HUMAN RESOURCES & MANAGEMENT OUTLINE: We suggest that management identify key personnel to participate in interviews designed to help us understand current operations, identify potential risk areas, and assess competence and understanding of the role procedures and training plays in the organization. Upon request, our consultants can also address specific issues facing your company via more comprehensive interviews and data analysis. Our consultants are experienced at asking probing questions to identify facts. From our experiences, management often does not realize the magnitude of such issues until a comprehensive, third-party review takes place.
Upon completion, we will provide you with a written report with specific recommendations for risk management, policy & procedure improvement, and action items for follow up.
We recommend beginning this process with a comprehensive security risk analysis. This assessment requires inspections of the premises and interviews with the appropriate management personnel and typically covers the following areas:
• Human Resources policies and procedures - hiring/firing, background checks, drug testing, records management, timekeeping, etc.
• Employee/Visitor security procedures and records
• External communications procedures
• Proprietary and intellectual property asset protection
• Shipping and Receiving/Transportation
• Record Storage procedures
• Emergency & natural disaster plans
• Third party service provider policies & procedures - janitorial service, security guard service, vendor/contractor access, building maintenance, etc.
• Reporting structures and management oversight
