A graduate of the 152nd. class of the FBI National Academy. 22 years in the US Marines, retiring as a Captain. Currently a long term member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the Missouri Police Chiefs Association. By appointment of the Governor of Missouri Mr. Force serves as the Chair of the Missouri Peace Officer Standards & Training Commission.

CHRISTOPHER A. DIGIUSEPPI:
Bachelor of Arts ~ Human Resource Management and an Master of Business Administration. A graduate of the 215th. class of the FBI National Acvademy. Northwestern University School of Police Staff Command - 152nd. session. Extensive hands-on experience with planning and implementation of policies, procedures and compliance.

DR. STEVEN J. PARKIN:
30 years of experience delivering clinical services to both the private and public health care sectors with a reputation as a thorough, efficient, and detail-oriented businessman. Extensive post graduate work in electronic & computer systems design and software & systems development and implementation.
